BLACK CODE

 FEATURE DOCUMENTARY
 GRAPHICS PACKAGE

We wanted to recreate a microfiche effect to be able to use sourced news articles and photos in a visually interesting way. Using way too many layers and dozens of likely unnecessary effects, I built a rig that allowed us to feed in some pretty meh looking images and it spits out gripping, tantalizing visuals (my words not theirs).  There's some cool lens effects that we ripped off from Bladerunner. Lots of random numbers to make things look official.

Really happy with this one, it was a fun brief and a great team. Docs are hard!
